“Max in the Midwest Winter” is inspired by Max, Hero #2915 in Morris Animal Foundation’s Golden Retriever Study. Max’s mom was gifted the original 5 x 7 inch gouache painting as part of the annual hero & supporter secret Santa gift exchange.
